American Idol Top 3 Episode Recap

Allison Iraheta was eliminated from the Season 8 edition of "American Idol" in Los Angeles Wednesday night.

Host Ryan Seacrest said at the beginning of the show that 64 million votes had been cast.

Danny Gokey or Allison Iraheta are about to become "American Idol's" last finalist, joining Adam Lambert and Kris Allen.

I was really hoping for her to make the final three, she's different and at her best I think is the only one who can really challenge Adam's combination of vocals and stage presence.

Still in the running are Adam Lambert, Danny Gokey and Kris Allen.
